Welcome to Sandbar Resort!

Sandbar Resort is a family owned and operated RV resort. Located on 8.9 acres along the Colorado River affectionately known as the “Parker Strip”. In addition to RV sites, we offer park models and travel trailers for rent. All sites have full hook ups with direct waterfront sites accompanied with the best view of the river. With 16 miles of river dam to dam there is plenty of fun to be had under the Sun.

Camping Rates

Daily Sites (year round):
$70.00 per night
$420.00 per week

Water and Sewer $3.00 per day
30 amp electric $7.00 per day
50 amp electric $8.00 per day

No tents or sleeping in non-RV vehicles
2 night minimum weekends • 3 night minimum for holidays

Winter Monthly Sites (December - March)
Range from $425.00 - $675.00 (3 month minimum)

Rental Trailers (pricing + tax)
Sleeps 4 • $185.00 per night • $1050.00 weekly
Sleeps 6 • $170.00 per night park model off water • $960.00 weekly
Sleeps 6 • $180.00 park model with deck and view • $1,080.00 weekly
Sleeps 8 • $195.00 • $1,170.00 weekly
All rental trailers have an additional $200.00 deposit.

Rental trailers are not equipped with linens, silverware, pots and pans, or coffee pots.
Travel trailers can be moved to spots that are available at time of rental besides permanents.
2 night minimum • 3 night minimum for holidays

Check in 2:00 PM. Check out 11:00 AM.
$20.00 early check in after 9:00 AM or late departure before 6:00 PM. Any time before 9:00 AM pays for the previous night. Late departure must leave by 6:00 PM or pay another night.

1 vehicle per site, 2nd vehicle $15.00 per night. No 3rd vehicle (no exceptions, must rent 2nd site). All vehicles must be registered with a pass or subject to tow.

$50.00 cleaning fee for sites left with trash, bottle caps, cigarette butts, etc.
Outside Storage: $70.00 per month. Must stay with us for a minimum of 4 trips per year to store.
Move fee and set up and break down: $40.00 per visit.

Cancellation Policy
Nightly: Reservations paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee within 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds given at 14 days prior to arrival. No refunds for early or late departure.
Monthly: 1 month deposit required. Must cancel before September 1st. No refunds for late arrival or early departure. Deposit will be used for late arrival or early departure.
